Ashley Harding earned a master's degree in Nursing from Graceland University and is board certified as a family nurse practitioner. She is also a certified emergency nurse. Before joining the Bethany Medical Clinic staff in February 2015, she worked in medical-surgical nursing, mental health, corrections, and emergency nursing. Tammy Maxwell grew up in Harrison County and has worked in local health care for more than 20 years. She received her master’s degree in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences/Arizona School of Heath Sciences and her Physician Assistant Certification from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine at Grand Forks, ND. She is also Certified in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and Cardiovascular Nursing (CVRN-BC Level I).

Cephas Paniamogan was born and raised in Ridgeway, Mo., and has been employed by HCCH since 1996. He received his Nurse Practitioner License in December 2010 and joined the Bethany Medical Clinic's provider staff in June 2011. He and his wife, Ingrid, an HCCH physical therapist, have three children.
