Bethany Medical Clinic has been a service of Harrison County Community Hospital since May 3, 2010. As a Rural Health Clinic and a Safety-Net Clinic, we are dedicated to improving access to primary health care for the residents of our rural communities, including individuals with limited English proficiency.

Our Services

Our physician, physician assistant, and a family nurse practitioner provide comprehensive primary care services, including adult and pediatric care, preventative care, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, wellness checks, men's and women's health care, on-site lab services, immunizations, school physicals, DOT physicals, drug screenings, and breathalyzer testing (DOT and non-DOT). 

Our Providers

  Chad Lambert, DO

Dr. Lambert, a native of Worth County, Mo., earned a B.S. in Pre-Professional Zoology from Northwest Missouri State University. He earned a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. He joined the Bethany Medical Clinic staff in August 2012.
Ashley Harding, FNP-C, CEN
Ashley Harding earned a master's degree in Nursing from Graceland University and is board certified as a family nurse practitioner. She is also a certified emergency nurse. Before joining the Bethany Medical Clinic staff in February 2015, she worked in medical-surgical nursing, mental health, corrections, and emergency nursing. She resides near Grant City with her husband, Jared.
  Tammy Maxwell, PA-C, MS, RN, CEN, CVRN

Tammy Maxwell grew up in Harrison County and has worked in local health care for more than 20 years. She received her master’s degree in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences/Arizona School of Heath Sciences and her Physician Assistant Certification from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine at Grand Forks, ND. She is also Certified in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and Cardiovascular Nursing (CVRN-BC Level I).

Appointment Hours

Monday–Friday, 8 am–12 pm and 1–4 pm

Bethany Convenient Care Clinic offers weekday evening and Saturday hours, no appointment required.
