Bethany Convenient Care Clinic offers weekday evening and Saturday hours, no appointment required. 




Our Services

North Harrison Medical Clinic has been a service of Harrison County Community Hospital since July 2014. The clinic provides comprehensive adult and pediatric care, including preventative health care, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, men’s and women’s wellness checks, on-site lab services, and school physicals. As a Rural Health Clinic and a Safety-Net Clinic, we are dedicated to improving access to primary health care for the residents of our rural communities, including individuals with limited English proficiency.


Our Providers

  Gregory Dean, MD

Dr. Gregory Dean, a native of Buhler, Kan., received his undergraduate degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University and his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He has been practicing medicine in Bethany since 2005.  
  Tammy Maxwell, PA-C, MS, RN, CEN, CVRN

Tammy Maxwell grew up in Harrison County and has worked in local health care for more than 20 years. She received her master’s degree in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences/Arizona School of Heath Sciences and her Physician Assistant Certification from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine at Grand Forks, ND. She is also Certified in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and Cardiovascular Nursing (CVRN-BC Level I).
 Cephas Paniamogan, FNP-C Cephas Paniamogan, FNP-C

Cephas Paniamogan was born and raised in Ridgeway, Mo., and has been employed by HCCH since 1996. He received his Nurse Practitioner License in December 2010 and joined the Bethany Medical Clinic's provider staff in June 2011. He and his wife, Ingrid, an HCCH physical therapist, have three children.
