April Community Update

Forward progress continues on our new hospital facility. In the last month, significant advancements have been made in the construction:

  • The interior of the hospital has continued to take shape, and the roof is now “dried-in”. allowing sheetrock installation to begin.
  • The state conducted an on-site inspection last week and passed our in-wall inspection with no exceptions.

Recent Progress Includes:

  • Continued mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work in all areas.
  • Installation of fire sprinkler equipment in the mechanical room.
  • Sealing of interior and exterior precast joints.
  • Completion of TPO installation on the roof.
  • Commencement on window frame and glass installation.
  • Placement of seed and straw around the detention pond.
  • Initiation of remaining site concrete and sidewalks.

Upcoming Four-Week Lookahead:

  • Finish detailing of the TPO roof.
  • Start installation of standing seam metal roof and metal panels.
  • Complete MEP overhead and in-wall work in the southern section of the building.
  • Continue MEP overhead work in the northern section of the building.
  • Begin installing door frames.
  • Finish grading for remaining roads and parking lots.
  • Continue site concrete work.

We are excited about the progress and look forward to the continued development of our new facility. We also want to express our gratitude for the overwhelming support from the community. Together, we are building a brighter future for healthcare in our community.
