Having spent most of my life in our rural community, living and working, I consider it a profound blessing to provide healthcare to my family and individuals I've known since childhood. At HCCH, we recognize a unique opportunity to view our patients more holistically than many healthcare professionals might. Our deep understanding of the intrinsic motivators of our patients allows us to empathize with family members on a personal level, fostering a level of connection that goes beyond traditional healthcare.

Over the past 25 years, I've witnessed significant growth and change within our hospital. This transformation is a testament to our commitment to the well-being of our community and an indicator of our adaptability to the evolving healthcare landscape. It's truly exciting to contemplate the myriad accomplishments and positive impacts we will continue to achieve over the next 25 years.

My dedication to this community and passion for providing compassionate, personalized healthcare remains unwavering as we move forward. Together, as a healthcare team deeply embedded in the fabric of our community, I believe we can make lasting contributions to the health and happiness of those we are privileged to serve.

Growing up in a small farming community with family roots that go back several generations, I value working hard, playing hard, and gratitude for the simple things in life. That's precisely what draws me to Bethany and Harrison County Community Hospital, a place where individuals aren't hesitant to roll up their sleeves and achieve remarkable feats.

Though my tenure with the hospital has been brief compared to the history of HCCH, the strides we've made, particularly amid the challenges of COVID, have been nothing short of remarkable. Witnessing the hospital team's achievements and the trajectory of our organization fills me with pride. The standards are continually pushed higher, leading to expanded care and increased employment, all of which profoundly benefit the people and the broader community we serve.

As the current Chief Financial Officer, collaborating with an exceptional group of providers, leaders, and staff, I eagerly anticipate the next chapter in the hospital's development. The prospect of what lies ahead in the coming years is incredibly exciting.

My leadership philosophy is leading with kindness, compassion, and empathy. I believe in putting our patients first through patented-centered care. I believe in listening to our employees and partnering to ensure they have what they need to succeed in their roles.

I am committed to ensuring that we serve our community's and employees' needs by providing vital healthcare services at HCCH. It is important to me to be able to provide the services our patients and employees need right here at HCCH.
