Patient Portal

You may access the Patient Portal from anywhere and at anytime using a computer or electronic device with an internet connection. Visit https://hcchospitalportal.meditech.cloud/ to sign up or log in if you already have an account.

The Patient Portal shows part of your medical record, including a summary of recent Emergency Room visits and Inpatient hospitalizations. Complete medical records are available from our Health Information Department.

A parent or legal guardian may use the Patient Portal to access the records of a child who is under age 18.

The Patient Portal is a free service provided by Harrison County Community Hospital.

To protect your private health information, the Patient Portal uses several layers of security, including a secure connection, encryption, and password-protection. Your username, password, should be known only by you, and you should access the Patient Portal from your own secure personal computer or electronic device.

To begin using the HCCH Patient Portal, please visit https://hcchospitalportal.meditech.cloud/. On the next screen, choose “Don’t have an account?
