February Community Update

The break in weather is not only good for us but it is also great for the building project. The building’s interior is beginning to take shape, the hallways and rooms now visible. The roof blocking and framing are completed in areas A and B, and work in ongoing in areas C and D. Interior priority walls are being framed in area B, and the overhead rough-in for electrical and mechanical systems is continuing. Foundation drainage and lightning protection installation have begun. As of today, roof installation is underway, allowing the building to be dried in and protected from the weather.

The four-week lookahead includes:

  • Continue exterior framing and sheathing in areas C & D
  • Interior priority walls framing complete in area B and start in areas C & D
  • Continue lightweight concrete roofing
  • Continue MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) overhead installation
  • Continue detention pond as weather allows
  • Continue foundation drains

It will take approximately 14 months until the project is complete.
