May Community Update

As we close out the month of May, we are excited to share the latest progress on the construction of our new hospital. The project has now reached approximately 60% completion, and we are seeing steady advancements across the entire site.

Highlights from May

  • Drywall and insulation have been installed on the south end of the facility. Door frames are being set, and in-wall electrical work is underway.
  • Overhead rough-ins and plumbing continue to progress.
  • The loading dock for materials management has been poured on the west side, and the helipad is now in place just south of the Emergency Department entrance.

Looking Ahead to June

  • Begin installation of standing seam metal roofing and metal panels on the clerestory.
  • South, West & Northwest Wing Advancements: Finalize all mechanical, eletrical, and plumbing (MEP) overhead and in-wall work, along with drywall, insulation, taping, and mudding.
  • Northeast Corner: Start wall framing and install door frames and windows.
  • Exterior Enhancements: Install the main canopy at the front entrance and continue site concrete work, including curbs for the north parking lot, service road, and sidewalks.

We remain on schedule and are energized by the visibile transformation happening each week. Thank you for following along as we bring this vital facility to life.
